TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Registration

All bidders must register and provide accurate, complete information before placing bids. By registering and bidding, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bidding

All bids are final and cannot be retracted. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to purchase the item if they are the winning bidder.

Range Auction and Sales LLC reserves the right to reject or remove any bid or bidder at its sole discretion.

3. Buyer's Premium

A buyer's premium of 10% may be added to the final winning bid unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax may also be charged.

4. Payment

All invoices must be paid in full by the deadline stated on the invoice or auction listing. Accepted forms of payment will be listed for each auction.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of bidding privileges, collection efforts, and/or other legal action.

5. Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax will be charged unless the buyer provides valid documentation for exemption.

6. Item Condition

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding whenever an inspection period is offered.

Descriptions, photographs, measurements, and other information are believed to be accurate but are provided for convenience only. The auction company makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the condition, authenticity, age, quality, quantity, or fitness for a particular purpose of any item.

It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect items and determine their condition before placing a bid.

7. Inspection

Inspection dates and times, when available, will be listed in the auction details. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items before bidding.

Failure to inspect an item does not relieve the buyer of their responsibility to pay for items won.

8. Removal and Pickup

All purchased items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup dates and times.

Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate help, tools, equipment, packing materials, and transportation necessary to remove their purchases.

The auction company and seller are not responsible for loading, securing, or transporting items unless specifically stated otherwise.

9. Failure to Remove Items

Items not removed by the stated deadline may be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.

Range Auction and Sales LLC reserves the right to charge storage fees, disposal fees, or resell unclaimed items. No refunds will be issued for items that are not picked up within the designated timeframe.

10. Shipping

Shipping may be available only when specifically stated in the auction listing. Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, packaging, and insurance costs.

11. Auction Closing

Online auctions may utilize a staggered closing and/or extended bidding feature. If a bid is placed near the scheduled closing time, additional time may be added to allow other bidders the opportunity to place a bid.

12. Technical Issues

Range Auction and Sales LLC is not responsible for missed bids, failed internet connections, website errors, software issues, or other technical difficulties.

Bidders are responsible for monitoring the auction and placing bids in a timely manner.

13. Risk of Loss

Once an item has been paid for, the buyer assumes responsibility for the item and all risk of loss or damage.

14. Liability

All persons attending inspections, pickups, or removal locations do so at their own risk. The auction company, seller, property owner, and their representatives are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage to persons or property.

Buyers are responsible for any damage they cause while removing purchased items.

15. Reserves and Seller Rights

Certain items may be subject to a reserve price or seller confirmation unless otherwise stated.

Range Auction and Sales LLC and sellers reserve the right to withdraw, add, combine, divide, or modify any item or lot at any time before or during the auction.

16. Default

If a buyer fails to pay for or remove purchased items, Range Auction and Sales LLC may, at its discretion, cancel the sale, resell the items, retain any deposits, charge reasonable fees, and/or pursue any other remedies available by law.

The defaulting bidder may also be permanently banned from future auctions.

17. Disputes

Any dispute arising from the auction shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Range Auction and Sales LLC’s decision regarding disputes, bidding errors, item descriptions, and auction administration shall be final to the extent permitted by law.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in this auction, bidders acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to all Terms & Conditions.

PLEASE READ ALL AUCTION DETAILS CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES.
